Guided by music and facilitation, the journey allows the body to release stored tension and emotions, settle the nervous system, and reconnect you to yourself - without needing to talk, analyze, or force anything.
Each session begins with grounding and intention, followed by guided breathing supported by music. You’ll be invited to rest, move, or express as needed, with space for integration at the end. Every experience is unique, and you remain in control the entire time. No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to breathe and be present.
