My journey into breathwork began through my own recovery from drug and alcohol addiction. During that season of my life, I was searching for ways to reconnect with myself, regulate my nervous system, and experience healing beyond just talking about it. Breathwork became one of the most powerful tools I found.
I started by exploring breathwork through Wim Hof–inspired practices, and later deepened my understanding through Neurodynamic Breathwork with Michael Stone via the Grof Legacy Program, which is rooted in holotropic breathwork. In 2024, I became a certified Transformational Breathwork Facilitator through the Breath Masters certification program with Brian Kelley.
What began as a personal practice gradually became a passion that I felt called to share. Breathwork is now something I offer alongside a full and grounded life - leading my team at Kleeberger Contracting Services, raising six kids with my wife, and spending as much time as I can outdoors. Connection, presence, and growth are values that guide me in all of these roles.
My favorite part of facilitating breathwork journeys is witnessing the possibilities that open up for people -moments of beauty, love, release, and reconnection that feel deeply meaningful and unique to each individual. I approach every journey with respect for the body’s wisdom and trust in the process, creating a space where you can safely explore whatever is ready to surface.
I believe the breath has an incredible ability to bring us back to ourselves, and it’s an honor to guide others in that experience.

Every experience is unique. Some people feel deep relaxation or clarity, others experience emotional release, physical sensations, or insights. There’s no “right” way to experience breathwork.
Wear comfortable clothing you can move and rest in. You’re welcome to bring a water bottle, journal, or anything that helps you feel grounded and supported. If you have a yoga mat, eye mask, or light blanket, feel free to bring them along. If not, these will be provided for you when you arrive.
Yes - always. You are encouraged to take breaks, adjust your breathing, or rest whenever needed. Your autonomy and comfort are respected at all times.
You’ll have time to rest and integrate your experience. Some sessions may include optional reflection or sharing, but participation is always your choice.
