Yes. Transformational breathwork is a gentle, guided practice designed to support your nervous system and overall well-being. You are always in control of your experience and are encouraged to listen to your body throughout the journey.
Not at all. These journeys are beginner-friendly and guided step by step. You don’t need to know anything ahead of time, just come as you are.
Every experience is unique. Some people feel deep relaxation or clarity, others experience emotional release, physical sensations, or insights. There’s no “right” way to experience breathwork.
Wear comfortable clothing you can move and rest in. You’re welcome to bring a water bottle, journal, or anything that helps you feel grounded and supported. If you have a yoga mat, eye mask, or light blanket, feel free to bring them along. If not, these will be provided for you when you arrive.
Yes - always. You are encouraged to take breaks, adjust your breathing, or rest whenever needed. Your autonomy and comfort are respected at all times.
You’ll have time to rest and integrate your experience. Some sessions may include optional reflection or sharing, but participation is always your choice.
